2. Services
Nautical Global Shipping F.Z.E provides dry bulk shipping and chartering services covering a range of vessel categories including Small Handy, Handymax, Supramax, Panamax, and Cape, as well as the transportation of bulk commodities. All services are subject to separate charter party agreements and fixture terms.
3. Quotations & Bookings
All quotations, indications, and offers provided by us are subject to availability, vessel suitability, and final confirmation. A booking is only deemed confirmed upon written acceptance and execution of the relevant charter party or service agreement.
4. Cargo & Shipper Responsibilities
The shipper and/or cargo owner is responsible for providing accurate cargo details, documentation, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the carriage of cargo that is misdeclared, prohibited, or unsafe.
5. Liability
Our liability for loss of or damage to cargo shall be governed by the terms of the applicable charter party and applicable international maritime conventions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Nautical Global Shipping F.Z.E and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Ajman, U.A.E having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
